Merry Christmas Everyone.. whoever you are.. =)Christmas countdown was held in the yellow car last nite whilst on the way back home from Ah Boy's wedding dinner. Not exactly a countdown though cos we didnt realli count.. but there was definitely christmas greetings... haha.. But 98.7 was realli funni last nite.
Ok so back to main event last night...
Ah Boy & Diana's wedding dinner.
Ah Boy looks so charming and Diana's smile really warms everyone's heart.
One of the most interesting wedding dinner I have been to.
It wasnt a super grand dinner but was definitely very interactive and warmth.
Perhaps its the speeches.
hehe.
Not just dear's speech as the Bestman, but also Ah Boy's speech as the Groom.
Its just a pity the tea ceremony video couldnt be prepared in time. But then again, the photo slides are good enough too.
They have quite a few brothers. 8 inclusive of dear?
We stayed behind to watch the sabo-ing. Super funni...
Oh ya the dinner was at the Hilltop Garden Restaurant at Bukit Batok.
Okiez shall end here now..Going to dear's fren, Kenneth's house to render the tapes.

Just some random updates...====================================================================
Went to Plaza Sing just now and we finally managed to buy Samantha's xmas present. Hope she will like it. And we caught the movie National Treasure:Book of Secret. Its not bad the lor! And I actually didnt realised that this is part 2 of the first National Treasure movie until perhaps half an hour into the show?? Personally I feel that the first one lagi better! But this sequel's not bad too!

Irine & Pei came back on thurs cos Pei got to collect the result for the sec sch she is assigned to.
They were telling us abt an incident whereby Tommy gave a very nice cold joke. That realli cracks me up~
Those present: Elly, Irine, Pei, Ranie, Tommy.
Out of boredom, they decided to entertain themselves with cold jokes.
Tommy fighted to be the first to start the ball rolling but ended up asking "shen me shi leng xiao hua?" (What is cold/lame joke?)
The rest all booed him and he finally begin his version of a cold joke.
"You yi tian, wo hai mei qu xue xiao, gang gang chong liang chu lai.. hai mei you chuan yi fu.... wo jiu henggggggg leng lor!!!" (There was one day, before I went to school, I had a bathe. I came out of the shower and haven twore clothes and I felt very COLDDDDDDD lor!)

Earlier this week, Jack was caught on TV for the Campus Yummy show. They were at NTU and they interviewed him cos he was enjoying his western food mixed grill. Super funii..
Btw, its priced at only $6~~ cheap cheap...
Come to think of it.. Jack was on tv, Sylvia (Jack's gf) was also on TV before at Sentosa.. Yenling was caught on TV at Orchard and asked to participate in the variety show.. Shawn was interviewed at the Kopitiam near SMU.. So qiao rite?

Heh.. my HK trip post is still WIP...At the speed I am uploading the pics, maybe I will finish it after New Yr.. =p
Went for my colleague's wedding dinner yesterday.. At Dragon Gate Restaurant at Harbourfront.
A simple wedding dinner. Pretty Bride (Sharon), pretty dress. =)
It was a fast dinner.. the first dish started at 9pm and we finished at 1030pm.
Amidst all the chattings, we started match-making Carina aka Kutusamy with WernMing.
Ex CSO with current CSO.
Quite fun... Duno if it will work out well b/w them.
Now its up to them le.. hahah..
Luckily managed to hitch a ride back home from Cynthia.. so managed to reach home ard 11pm. =)
Feeling kinda sleepy already... tts quite early hor? 10pm...
Pray my flu/blocked nose/super sore throat/painful ear will disappear by tomolo morning..
Feeling terrible~!

HONG KONG TRIP!Long overdued post.. Let the photos do most of the talking...
Breakfast at Changi Airport. Excited abt the trip!
Dear's frens from Ultimate Frisbee came and gave us a surprise! Friendly peeps! And to think the flight was early in the morning!
Making stupid faces on the plane.. Jetstar... Crampy leh..
After around 4 hrs of flight, we reached HK.. but we had to get on a bus transfer which will bring us to the main airport building.. sthin different.. afterall this is budget trip.. =p
Airport train transfer which will bring us to HK Island, after which we will take a cab to his auntie's house at Old Peak Road.

After a sumptious lunch at their house, we decided to venture out for more food & shopping! Of cos, we got the map in hand. Auntie Dawn actually also prepared some guide books for us~ Nice!We walked down from their apartment, cut through HK Zoological & Botanical Garden before reaching Lam Kai Wan. It was that near to Central!
We had the must try dumpling noodles ( Shawn insist!) at the Tsim Chai Kee located at 98 Wellington Street. The dumplings are really huge! More than 2 prawns in each dumpling wor!
Beef Noodles. The beef is cooked perfectly.

We didnt buy anithing on the 1st day.. But we ate a lot.. Love the street food.. chilli balls and squids and all!

Yes we went back for more street food.. hee~
And dear couldnt resist another bowl of wanton mee. This time at Rong Yuan.. located just at a alley behind Hui Lau Shan.. Authentic street side stall where locals eat! Yes we did our homework before going HK okiez.

Nice house rite? We have a toilet to ourselves too! They have a lot of paintings ard the house too. Love the concept.

Brunch was at Wang Fu. I love the chives & meat dumpling soup! I so feel like eating it now~~~
Oh did I mention that we were heading for Disneyland?! *bright smile*

I wanted to take photo with Donald Duck one... but just as we reached the queue, the staff says the queue was too long and we got to join the queue for the next session.. so sad... =( that was one of my aim leh.. so in the end we took photos with Goofy & Pluto..Not that bad too cos dear likes Goofy. Q:how come both are dogs but only 1 can speak

Day 3~~ We went to Yum Cha! And boy did we wait long for seats~~
And we waited and waited and waited~ Its those traditional old style chinese tea house where you got to wash ur tea cups etc in tea...

Shopping at H & M. And we saw Ella & Hebe from SHE!! They were shopping too.. but we cant take photos with them.. respect their privacy ok! The whole day was spent shopping but again we didnt buy much.. Partly is due to the fact that all the shops were selling winter clothes and boots~ So sad! But I bought 3 bags =) Dun even mention Women's street... Nothing one loh! And they like syndicates!

We had dinner with Auntie Dawn & Uncle Nicol at a crab restaurant.. Supposedly famous~ And really expensive.. After that we went for dessert at Happy Valley then a massage session! 
4th Day~ Last Day at HK~
Off for breakfast! Its only 7 plus am okie. We were waiting for the Egg Tart stall opposite to open for business.
Finally a pic of Jules & family before we leave for the airport.

And its back to Singapore after this! Realli thankful to Auntie Dawn & Uncle Nicol for letting us stay at their lovely house. We saved on the accomodation fees and transport fees too cos its really near to Central. Disneyland was fun but I am sure its not as good as other disneylands. But dun be too picky lah hor? Weather was lovely & my hair was really tame there! haha... Food was superb but luckily not much gain in weight. Must be from the exercise we did climbing up & down the steepy slopes everywhere. My calves were aching so much! Map reading skills improves a teeny weeny bit cos Shawn is my directory.. hehe.. Shopping was not that fantastic cos we went during the wrong season.. But all in all, I enjoyed myself during this trip. Thanks dear!

At that time Disneyland has yet to open. But it seems like just some time ago that we were all at HK. And I remembered I left a shirt (wore only once) in the hotel room. It must be under the blanket! And there was the visit to the Peak , Madame Tussaud, Ripley's Believe it or Not, HK University, HK tourism board seminar etc etc etc. And not forgetting some eerie encounters there... It was the 7th lunar month and they were burning joss papers at night at the markets.. Unforgettable trip~
So dear, where shall our next trip be? Relaxation trip at Bintan as per ur suggestion? But no mud pls.. =) Lurb u!
