Somehow.. duno how.. the water tank for our blk went empty...And so there was no water for the whole blk for like erm... hmm... I didnt take note of the time just now.. I guess.. erm.. 1 hr plus ba.
Mum was washing dishes and she was wondering aloud to us why the water flow was so light.
"ya lor.. just now I wash my hands also like tt.." I replied..
"sekali no more water le ah" I added..
Then I proceed to tell Pei Pei abt how we used to have those drills where there were "water cut-offs" and we had to do downstairs to collect water with pails. I remembered going down once with grandma.. I brought alone a kettle cos there was no small pails for me. =p
To my amusement, mum began filling up the kettle to boil some water and then drip ..drip.. no more water!
I burst out laughing.. "you mei you huan shui dian fei??"
All of a sudden, I felt really thirsty. That's extreme I guess. =p
A check with our cousin next door revealed that our whole blk was facing the same situtation.
Good thing was.. I had just finished my bathe. =) haha...
And so there was some commotion.. you know the usual aunties.. "eh you got water not ah?" .. "i also dun have leh!!"..
Yenwei and I were wondering wats the number to call.. to call water supply or town council..
Then Pei Pei shoved us the newspaper and pointed out to us the number to call for water supply.
I didnt know the papers provide such numbers!!
And we were amused that Pei Pei actually noticed this pc of info!
And so I called water supply who directed me with a number for town council.. and who directed me with yet another direct number for yishun town council. Turn out someone has also called them already. good good.
So whilst waiting for the water to resume, Irine, Pei Pei and I kept ourselves entertained with tots of "pple washing hair and suddenly no water" etc. We lafed so hard that I was practically lying on the floor. Come to think of it, its kinda bad lafing eh? =(
Luckily the water is restored. I was thinking of wat to do tomorrow morning if there is no water to bathe. Water is precious!

I got a zhen yan (needle eye) on my left eye....So painful... Hope it recovers by tomolo cos I will be going shopping with yuefen.. =)
Plan to trim my hair too but Eileen says that she can only tell me if she's working tomolo cos they might be renovating the place tomolo.. =(
My hair grows fast! Duno if its a good thing or bad...
Its TGIF today and dear and I met up at Toa Payoh after work.
We had Ichiban Sushi and I am still so full from it.
Sinful meal.. A lot of carbo..
The run I had yesterday gone down down down the drain.
And we even squeezed in bubble tea from KOI.. we chose the 25% sugar level one. Hazelnut Milk Tea sucks... Normal milk tea still the best. =)
I was tellin dear in the afternoon that I recalled the moment he gave me BeBe (many yrs ago)... so warm.. that was a good surprise...
Ya I was day dreaming in the office.
haha...
Then it suddenly occured to me that we cant celebrate our fifth yr anniversary together next yr!!
He will be in US by then... on a exchange program...
Half a year.. how do I survive???????
My convocation how???????
I will use up our wedding budget just to fly to US to meet u.
Dun say I never warn u.............. =p

Bad fingers..Bad Bad fingers..
Itchy fingers started traumatizing my face just now..
Super regret it.
Why cant I keep my itchy fingers out of my face??

I did spring cleaning just now... =)
Dumped a lot of notes.
But I still got 2 box full of textbooks.
Duno if I am normal or not.. cos I dun dare to throw away my textbooks, for fear that they may just come in handy for "next time".
Did I mentioned that I missed the dateline for my course fees payment?
And I got to pay 5% penalty............. SobZ!
What makes me heart pain aka "dui" is not that I forgot to pay...
I have been consistently checking the website inbox for course fee payment notice oblivious to the fact that a notice had long been posted at the side bar for us to print the course reply slip/payment blah blah blah.
How blur can I get? -_____-"
Dear and I went to Ah Boy's house yesterday to visit our god-son.
Dear Shao Kai looks like Diana more but have Ah boy's nose. Very cute. =)
Shall post his pic when dear send it to me.
Finally went to Mustafa yesterday. F-I-N-A-L-L-Y...
I am amazed at the variety of products they sell.
And they carry products that we cant even find at marts like Carrefour and Giant.
But I still cant find that particular brand of Vegetarian instant Bihun.. =(

I ran 3 km just now!!!! yeah yeah!!Last week was 2.5 km!!! =)
Got improvement!!!
So will I stick to my weekly jog and aim for 5 km as a target?
How about twice a week jog?
hmmm....

Oh ya! Diana gave birth to a baby boy on 10 Jul.
Goin to visit them at their house tomolo..

These 2 weekends have been spent on farewells.
Just last week, we went to T3 to have a farewell meal with Uncle Timothy.
He will be going to HK for work and dun think he will come back anytime soon.
We had a lovely late lunch/early dinner where we chatted and lafed.
Its alright that I dun really understand cantonese cos they all seems to be enjoying themselves.
We fed ourselves full with all the good food.
Timothy ordered so much that the whole table was full and we had to keep on emptying plates for more room on the table.
"Mexico" Po Po (a nick shawn & me gave for his grandma) very cute..
Her way of holding back her tears is to close her eyes tightly.
Goodbye scenes never fail to activate my tear glands. =(
Then, we had a farewell dinner at Auntie Annabelle and Uncle Fredrick's place yesterday.
They had sold off their apartment and is now temporarily staying at a service apartment at Somerset.
Will be some time before we see them again cos they are moving back to France.
1st time I did so much Faire la bise aka what I call as French "muack muack".. haha..
And we forgot to take group photo!! tsk.. tsk...

Surprisingly, these 2 cousins dun really play with each other.

Quite amusing I would say to see the parents trying to get the 2 kids' attention to focus on the camera at the same time.

But their smile and innocence never fail to brighten up our days.
